2. Asst. Director IT

3. Manager Service Desk

Job Description: The role will be to provide an operational and strategic central point of contact for managing incidents and service disruptions within the IT support function and will largely focus on improving the service and customer journey for the users.

The post holder will provide senior leadership to the IT Support function (Helpdesk and Desktop) and the ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's whole IT infrastructure to enable them to effectively and efficiently manage the IT Support function.

Job Responsibilities:

Enhance, improve and innovate the service within a period of high growth

Overseeing the management of the 1st/2nd Line Support and NOC teams split across multiple office locations

Prioritizing incidents/problems/requests based on their impact to the business and agreed SLAs

Identifying and monitoring KPIs, ensuring that excellent customer service is provided

Acting as a point of escalation for the Service Desk/Desktop teams

Ensuring that the IT Support team is utilizing ITIL standards

Education:

Job Description:

University of Lahore is seeking a highly qualified IT Business Applications Manager Responsible for improving business processes and supporting critical business strategies and solutions for end user applications by managing the development, implementation and maintenance of these business applications.
Responsibilities:

Manage and assist a small collaborative team to ensure project management, systems architecture, business analysis, and third-tier support

5. Manager Networks & Infrastructure

Job Description:We are currently seeking a Manager for IT Networks & Infrastructure. The Network Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of Data and VOIP networks.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the design and implementation of technical solutions and operational processes in network solutions

Manages day to day operations related to networks which include Campus Networks, Wireless LAN, Backbone Networks.

Lead network planning, design, build, and implementation activities

Help executives understand their network, sourcing, and solution options, including Cloud/IaaS/PaaS

Provide project and program management functions for network transformation programs

Evaluate and mitigate risk on new and existing network transformation programs

Education

7. SAP Basis Administrator

Education:

Master Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / 4 years BS Computer Science

Certification in SAP Basis Administration will be preferred.

Experience:

5 to 7 years’ experience of SAP implementation with respect to installation, configuration, administration, upgrade and troubleshooting SAP applications (i.e. ERP, Enterprise Portal, CRM, BW, BO/BI, Solution Manager, and SMLC etc.)

Minimum 2 – 3 complete SAP end to end implementation life cycle experience

9. Network Administrator

Graduate with 16 years’ education, minimum four years of network management experience. Must be a certified CCNP (R&S) / CCNP (VOIP) / CCNP (Security) / CCNP (Wireless). Should have in depth knowledge of the Network Topologies, Protocols, Security Tools, IP base Surveillance and Techniques. Have the capability to manage & supervise the Network infrastructure deployment. Must be able to configure & troubleshoot core network devices (Firewall, Router, Layer3 switches, WLC) of CISCO, Juniper and Huawei and also have the knowledge of SDN technology.




10. Assistant Network Administrator

Graduate with 16 years’ education, minimum two years of network management experience. Must be a certified CCNP (R&S) / CCNP (VOIP) / CCNP (Security) / CCNP (Wireless). Should have knowledge of the Network Topologies, Protocols, Security Tools, IP base Surveillance and Techniques. Must be able to configure & troubleshoot distribution and access layer network devices of CISCO, Juniper and Huawei.




11. Jr. Network Technician

Minimum two years’ cables deployment experience of Multi pair Voice cable, Optical Fibre, UTP/STP Cat6, Cat3 (Voice). Should be able to do rack construction, preparing cable pathways, installation/termination of network cabling, labelling and Fluke/OTDR testing.




12. System Support Engineer

Bachelor’s Degree with minimum two years of system MCSE/MCITP with strong knowledge of handling servers and workstation, could provide high quality of support/ service to workstations & MAC system. Diagnose incident, Installation, deployment and maintenance of client end.




13. Jr. System Support Engineer

Bachelor’s Degree with minimum two years of system / Hardware Troubleshooting experience. Having depth knowledge to handling and troubleshoot client systems MS® Windows 8,8.1,10 and must have networking concepts.




14. Hardware Engineer

Bachelor’s Degree with minimum two or more years of system/ hardware troubleshooting experience. Having in depth knowledge of repairing & maintaining of HP printers, Multimedia Projectors, Audio video systems, scanner and computer Peripheralsetc.




15. LAB Attendant

Bachelor’s Degree with one or more years of system installation / troubleshooting experience. Having knowledge to handle the troubleshooting with MS® Windows 8,8.1,10 on desktop machine and required to have Hardware & software troubleshooting skills.




16. IT ADMIN Officer

Bachelor’s degree preferably in management/commerce/Business Administration. Candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience in managing administration tasks related to IT Department which include but not limited to IT Store, IT equipment management and tracking, attendance and payroll list preparations.
