Ayub Khawaja’s successful journey from UOL to Stanford
Ayub Khalid Khawaja always wanted to do Business Administration at Bachelors, Master and M.PHIL. levels with bias in Human Resources. He visited the University of Lahore first before making his final decision to apply for the admission. “When I reached at UOL, I was immediately convinced that this is the right place for me to pursue my career.” He said while speaking to the publication team recently.

Khawaja maintains that apart from classroom curriculum, UOL really focuses on developing the mindset, skills and personality through multiple seminars and workshops with the industry professionals. After his MBA, he got an internship placement with the Pearl Continental Lahore in Training and Development (T&D) department as per his wish.

He is currently working as Manager HR Training and Development in Amal Academy. It is an Educational startup funded by Stanford University that teaches professional skills to students and corporations. He wants to pursue his MPhil degree to advance his academic ambitions.
